superlj Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "superlj," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the superlj online gaming platform, duly authorized under PAGCOR to provide online gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the superlj website, mobile-optimized site, and any related applications or services made available by the Company.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the superlj Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the superlj Platform.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, sabong, King of Fishing, and Plinko.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives granted to a Player by superlj.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual Philippine Peso (PHP) deposits made by a Player into their superlj Account.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that oversees and authorizes online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals or other sensitive account actions are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.

To be eligible to register an Account with superlj, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account is active:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of gameplay, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence expressly permits participation in online gaming hosted by PAGCOR-authorized operators;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by superlj for a violation of these Terms;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid government-issued identification document. superlj reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration and to request additional documentation at any time. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the superlj Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. superlj will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify superlj immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Ensure that all personal and financial information associated with your Account remains current and accurate at all times;
• Not allow any other person, including family members, to use your Account to place bets or conduct financial transactions.

Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — will be deemed to have been conducted by you. superlj accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your Account where such use arises from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

superlj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels available on the Platform at any given time. Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment channel used. superlj does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawals delayed or withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed. Verified withdrawal requests submitted during operating hours (9 AM – 11 PM PHT) are generally processed within the same business day. superlj reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high volume or for security review purposes.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. superlj reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the withdrawal account before processing any withdrawal request.

superlj may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonus Funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full;
• superlj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments made to Players who have already opted in to an active promotion;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of promotional systems will be forfeited and the associated Account may be suspended;
• Players must be at least 21 years of age and have a verified Account in good standing to claim any bonus or promotional offer.

All Games available on the superlj Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. superlj provides access to game rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) information for all games in the library.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across the Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games, or by real-time live events for sportsbook and sabong markets. Game results are final once confirmed by the system;
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the affected round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account. superlj's determination on disputed rounds is final;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, Player account tier, and applicable promotional conditions;
• superlj reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including bets placed on incorrectly priced markets or obvious system errors — and to adjust Account balances accordingly;
• Winnings from live casino games, sportsbook events, and other real-money games are credited to the Player's Account balance upon confirmation of the result.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the superlj Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent normal game variance;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false identification, forged documents, or misleading information to superlj or its verification partners;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing superlj staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the superlj Platform, its servers, or its databases;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals except in genuine cases of unauthorized transaction fraud reported promptly to both superlj and the relevant payment provider.

superlj employs real-time fraud detection and risk management systems. Any Player found to be in breach of these prohibitions will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation. Upon completion of the investigation, superlj may permanently close the Account, forfeit any balances, and report the Player to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

superlj is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across our entire platform. We recognize that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for the vast majority of players, can become problematic for some individuals. Our responsible gaming framework is designed to support Players in maintaining control over their gaming behavior.

The following tools are available to all registered Players within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the superlj Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

superlj strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. If we have reason to believe a Player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account and conduct a full review before any further access is granted.

All content on the superlj Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, video, audio, and interface design — is the exclusive property of superlj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorization from superlj;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any superlj trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

Any unauthorized use of superlj's intellectual property may result in Account termination and civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, superlj's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

superlj shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
• Losses arising from service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures beyond superlj's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials;
• Any losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms;
• Disruptions caused by Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, government action, network outages, or other circumstances outside superlj's reasonable control.

superlj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting superlj customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements and pending bonus forfeitures where applicable.

Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, superlj reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, superlj may forfeit all or part of the Account balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

superlj operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Any regulatory complaints regarding the operation of the Platform may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels. superlj will cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry or investigation conducted by PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

superlj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — superlj will provide notice via the registered email address associated with your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or changes required by law or regulatory direction — may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the superlj Platform after any amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
